Enjoy an authentic cooking class in a local home with hosts Khmisa who's been a chef for 40 years and she specializes in Morrocan cuisine and pastry. This is a perfect experience for anyone looking to connect with local culture over food. Your cooking class will take place in a local home kitchen where Khmisa will teach you how to make 2-3 traditional Moroccan dishes from their family recipes. After cooking, you will enjoy your meal together in your host's Marrakech home.

Your Marrakech dining experience takes place in a traditional Moroccan riad in the heart of the Medina (old city). Their riad is a 10-minute walk from the central square, Jemaa el-Fnaa. You will be welcomed with traditional Moroccan mint tea while your host shares stories of Moroccan cuisine and culture.
Later join Khmisa in the kitchen to prepare her favorite family recipes during your hands-on Moroccan cooking class in the heart of Marrakech. You will cook together for about 1.5 hours as you learn to make three authentic Moroccan dishes, a starter, a main dish and a dessert. After cooking, enjoy the authentic Moroccan dishes you helped prepare.
Enjoy an authentic home-cooked Moroccan meal that might include Moroccan appetizers and chicken tajine with vegetables and preserved lemon. You will end your meal with pastilla, a dessert made with milk and almonds.
