The day begins with the meeting at Porta Messina Restaurant located beside the Porta Messina Arch, North gate of Taormina. Briefing over a coffee break. Then laboratory phase and explanation of the different techniques to create the three courses menu. Once everything is ready, tasting of the dishes accompanied by local wines; After lunch, greetings, photo souvenir and delivery of the personalized certificate. Menu examples, depending on the season, can include: Caponata Hand-made maccheroni Sicilian style fish Please inform the staff in case of food allergy or intolerance. Children participating in the class must be supervised by their parents at all times.

Taormina

A private experience in Taormina discovering the secrets of a Sicilian chef. You and your party will enjoy a private class held in an airy patio learning to prepare delicious Sicilian recipes. After cooking, you will taste your creations and discuss them over a cheerful lunch. The day starts with a guided tour of the town's market and buying the ingredients for the class with an explanation from the chef. The market is within walking distance from the Porta Messina Restaurant meeting point. Back at the restaurant, coffee break. Then the chef will explain the dishes that you will make featuring hand-made pasta, and you will start to prepare and cook the food. After all the food is prepared, you will get to taste what you have created, accompanied by local wines. Before leaving, you will receive an official certificate and an apron as a souvenir of this special day.

Highly recommend! So fun and hands on and we made incredible food! The restaurant was very accommodating and professional and on top of everything. Must do!
