During this private lesson, you will learn how to prepare 2 pasta recipes and the tiramisu dessert from scratch. Your Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of these iconic recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test and amaze your friends and family once home with an Italian meal! This experience is suitable for families with children of all ages. Le Cesarine is Italy’s oldest network of home cooks all over the country in more than 120 cities. They are passionate and welcoming hosts that open the doors of their own homes to curious travellers for immersive culinary experiences.

Private Pasta and Tiramisu-making Class

Learn to cook 2 pasta dishes and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a private cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Lecce. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Great experience to do with your teenagers !

We had a very nice moment in family with Pierangela. She has been a great instructor and our teenager really enjoyed this lesson and the fact we could eat what we had prepared (the best moment of his holidays he said!). She also welcomed us with a nice prosecco and appetizers.

Authentic and fun cooking class

This was a wonderful experience for my wife and I. Francesca is an excellent teacher and provided a fun and authentic Italian cooking class in her own home. She was beautifully supported by her daughter and we cooked 3 main dishes plus a desert. We also got to take away the recipes. Many thanks for a very enjoyable day. Highly recommend,

Perfecto!

What a wonderful and truly unique experience....The visit to Carlo's family summer villa which has been in his family since it was built in the 1800's alone was worth the booking. Rustic and very Italian authentic in the best way. The cooking was more via demonstration but it was wonderful to watch them work and the cuisine in the end was delicious, especially with the garden setting.

Five star, personal experience with charming hosts in a stunning location

This was a wonderful private cooking class with charming hosts in the delightful family home of one of the Baroque city of Lecce’s leading families. Matilde shared her culinary insights and secrets with us, showcasing local produce and traditional recipes. We were made to feel part of the family in this five star, very personal experience.
