Start your day with a warm meeting at Baglio Florio, where you will be welcomed with traditional Sicilian hospitality. From here, we will undertake a relaxing walk through the lush olive grove, immersing ourselves in the scents and colors of the Sicilian countryside. After the walk, we will return to Baglio Florio, where you can taste our precious organic extra virgin olive oil, a true treasure of our land. Let yourself be conquered by the intense and genuine flavors that only our oil can offer. We will conclude this extraordinary experience with a lunch celebrating traditional Sicilian cuisine. Taste 7 freshly prepared appetizers, followed by a traditional first course, and then finish with desserts and seasonal fruit.

Sicilian countryside farm and historic tour 100%

The Adamo family are very wonderful people. They really connected with us in such a familiar way and we felt it. Some tours are very scripted and not natural, where this was real, passionate, and authentic. The meal after our tour was one of the best we had during our time in Sicily, compliments to the chef! The wine and oil produced on the farm are amazing and we were able to purchase some afterwards. All of this happening in such a historic Baglio built by the Florio family 150 years ago.

I believe this tour is...

I believe this tour is something fairly new that they have started doing. What it lacked in organization it more than made up for in charm and a personal familia feeling. We felt extremely welcome, received a wealth of information and were fed like royalties. We hope to go back next year in October to watch them actually press the oil. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Very special experience

This tour exceeded our expectations due to the hospitality of Vincenzo and Vito. I went with my father. As it's low season, we were the only two so this was a very personal experiene. The winery is no longer producing but we got to see many old relics from when the Baglio produced wine. We got to learn about the plans to improve the Baglio to a location for cooking classes and wine tasting. Great experience and pure relaxation

A fantastic experience. Beautiful tour through the olive trees and interesting tasting. After that we got very delicious food. The owners and crew are very friendly and sympathetic. We felt like home.

Amazing Experience

This was an AMAZING experience. It was exactly, or more of what I envisioned of a typical Sicilian experience out in the Sicilian country side. The hosts were very friendly, they made us feel at home immediately. The tour was interesting and the meal was out of this world, not only because it was delicious but also because it was very traditional and authentic culinary experience.
