Under the careful instructions of our expert guides, allow yourself to travel back in time, into an Italian grandmother's kitchen and learn the techniques and secrets behind some of the most popular dishes the country has to offer: fresh fettuccine, soft gnocchi and delicious, rich tiramisù. Put your apron and chefs hat on and have fun with this entertaining, hands-on experience all while learning some of the local history and the family story.
