As you settle in, your host will introduce you to the world of traditional Italian pasta-making. Then, roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with the pasta-making process! You’ll mix, knead, and shape classic pasta dishes such as bigoli, tagliatelle, or ravioli, following techniques passed down for generations in Venetian kitchens.
Once your pasta is ready, it’s time to celebrate and indulge! Sit around the table, toast with a bottle of wine (one per three guests), and enjoy the dish you’ve just crafted.

pasta night with a local was fun
Making pasta and tiramisu with Mauro was so fun. He’s really patient and chatty, explaining everything step by step. The cozy kitchen vibe made it feel like I was visiting a friend more than taking a class. Plus, eating our hndmade pasta was mega delicious😋

fun evening cooking with locals
Mauro made everything super easy and funny. We cooked pasta from scratch and got to eat a lot after. Loved how he shared little tips and stories while we worked together. The kitchen felt like home and we laughed a lot. Great way to spend an evening in Venice!

It was a wonderful experience that I can recommend to anyone. Together with Mauro we prepared pasta and tiramisu, whereby he took a lot of time to explain each step in detail. We talked and laughed a lot both during the cooking and during dinner together. Mauro is a very warm person with a great passion for cooking, which immediately jumped to us through his humorous and loving nature. In addition, he gave us great tips after the course on what else to do in Venice and where to eat well. LG Lisa
