In his welcoming home, you’ll learn to craft iconic dishes like caponata, anelletti alla Norma, and veggie eggplant meatballs. Get hands-on as you chop, fry, and blend sweet and sour elements to create your own caponata, master the secrets of baked pasta alla Norma, and whip up delightful veggie meatballs. After the cooking session, savor your delicious creations like a true Sicilian, surrounded by laughter and warmth.
