Immerse yourself in an unforgettable 4 hour culinary experience at the historic Villa Pandolfini estate, on the hills over Florence. The accredited cooking school was the first of its kind and the best in the region. This is the perfect introduction to Tuscan cuisine for the aspiring foodie. Work alongside professional chefs and gain hands-on experience as you learn the secrets of Tuscan cooking, preparing a tantalising 4 course meal. Time permitting for all guests, enjoy a free guided tour of the 14th century villa and wine cellars.

09:30 – Meet our driver at our central meeting point in Florence and begin your short 20 minute ride to the Villa Pandolfini, where you will meet your chef and begin your one day class. 10:00 – Begins with highlighting the history of Tuscan cooking and presenting the day’s menu. Be prepared to roll up your sleeves for hands-on preparation of a glorious meal in one of our two authentic Tuscan kitchens. 13:00 – Enjoy the fruits of your labour – Eat the epic feast that you just created complemented by the estate’s own Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil. 14:00 – Return to Florence or your next destination with a full stomach, and good memories.

A Culinary Highlight of Our Trip! Our visit to Good Tastes of Tuscany at the beautiful Pandolfini Villa was one of the best parts of our vacation! A Florence Cooking Class Not to be Missed

It was fantastic. We were picked up and driven to the castle where the cooking class was held. Chef Alberto met us at the door and gave us bit of history of the place and introduced us to the menu we would be preparing. Then it was down to business making focaccia and pasta from scratch, followed by Etruscan chicken, zucchini and of course tiramisu. Excellent typical place. Welcoming environment, good Apulian cuisine accompanied by excellent wines. Friendly and prepared staff. I recommend it for a dinner with friends. There is also a large garden for outdoor dining.

Fantastic hands on experience in Tuscany

An absolutely amazing experience! We were fortunate to book this class at the last minute, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. With a dozen students of all ages and backgrounds in the large kitchen area, everyone was directly involved in the preparation of a fantastic multi-course meal. Highly recommend to couples and families.
