    The ingredients, where possible, will be local.

    All the lake fish comes from Como Lake and it is fished by its friends. Also, mushrooms are picked by him and dried or frozen for the next seasons, whilst eggs and milk generally come from a local henhouse and are bought at the Sunday market of the town.

    What You’ll Experience

    The guest will taste the regional cuisine of Lombardy and other typical Italian dishes. Damiano generally proposes a typical menu composed of a mix of Como Lake flavors, on whom shores he grew up and which includes dishes with local fish, venison and home-made sweet. However, if you are curious about other dishes or to discover more about Italian cuisine, he is the best as he can organize some tasting of other Italian dishes such as carbonara or spaghetti with lobster and a lot more.
