Come discover Sombai, the local liqueur of Siem Reap, in a typical Khmer houses. You will learn how to make your own cocktails with the liqueur. This class is led by a professional bartender & cocktail maker. You will also visit the production workshop in a charming little wooden house to discover how it's prepared in a specially designed mini-factory.
