Booked this Amok cooking class few minutes prior to 1030AM and had low expectations. They were recommended by the hotel and have been wanting to cook Amok. The market tour of the ingredients was insightful. The cooking class together with Rachana was excellent. I was laughing at my food prep skills but she was patient enough. I was the only one who showed up for the class and still had fun. Now I have a better understanding and respect of Khmer cuisine and spices. Highly recommended!

Amok restaurant serves authentic Khmer dishes. I recommend the chef’s special with the Amok dish, rice, soup etc. Excellent starter for 2 people. Follow with the Beef Salad and the fried rice with seafood. The atmosphere is amazing and the service provided by the waitresses and the restaurant manager was excellent. I recommend this lovely place
Really enjoyed the cooking class, learning how to make traditional Amok and a nice dessert. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the end product was very tasty! I would definitely recommend to anyone.
