I have been conducting cultural and gastronomic for 8 years. After having led over a thousand tours, I have come up with a local experience that will surely become the highlight of your trip.

A premium, all inclusive version of the Vallarta101 Taco102 walk.
An authentic mexican taco night! A fun evening of chatting, learning about local finger foods and tasting delicious authentic tacos, while walking around Old Town and Downtown. A (very) filling taco dinner with a local friend.
We will visit up to 4 different taco spots and you'll be able to taste up to 10 different nightly tacos and many salsas and toppings. It's the tacos we like to eat for supper at a Taqueria. You will be able to try the king of tacos, the famous pastor; plus carne asada, beef head and many others. Also aguas frescas, beer and soft drinks. All you can eat and drink. We'll hit street stands and small taquerias, all of them family businesses. And we'll get some dessert too.
After our walking and eating session, you will feel more connected to the fabulous local taco scene and you will be more than ready to continue exploring on your own with more knowledge and confidence. I will also show you additional spots that you can visit later on and give you lots of extra info on how to make your vacation more enjoyable.

Excellent!!! Memo is amazing
Memo is by far the best guide!! Provides excellent history and by far the best taco stands! We have taken his tours at least 7 different times and each time we learn more history.

We only wish we booked him earlier in our trip to Puerto Vallarta but he was booked solid for a week of our 2 weeks! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, personable, and provided a proper authentic guided tour of the romantica and centro zones of Puerto Vallarta. I cannot recommend him enough. Amazing guide and tacos!
Memo is the best! Not only did he bring us to a few of his favorite spots but he did an amazing job of explaining the history amd culture of particular tacos, how the proteins are likely to be served, and why each stand or restaurant has certain recipes and salsas. It was a great way to feel like we were supporting the more local economy off the beaten tourist track. The flavors were rich and intensely delicious. Tacos 102 tour
We had a great evening with Memo on the Tacos 102 tour! Memo was an amazing guide and went above and beyond to give us an authentic and fun experience. This was by far a highlight of our time in Puerto Vallarta and I look forward to coming back and doing more tours one day! Highly recommended!!
