Enjoy a easy bike tour to visit a Parmigiano Reggiano cheesefactory and see all production chain, to know the secrets of this great cheese and the huge storage with thousands wheels of cheese!
We ride in the countryside, low traffic roads and bike's lane, to relax and "taste" our nature!
Before lunch we back in the city and we go to taste our cured meat and local wine in a special delicatessen or an "osteria".
In the afternoon the production process does not take place
