We pride ourselves on offering exclusive Sri Lankan food and drinks, meticulously prepared using pure, natural, and homemade ingredients. A seven course meal will be provided according to the your preference. Items will vary with the season and availability of ingredients. The number of courses can be pre-decided by the customer. A full course meal will include a palate teaser, an appetizer, a starter, one or two main items, a palate cleanser, and a dessert. All items are exclusively traditional Sri Lankan ones, featuring homemade spice mixtures and condiments.

Coconut Broth

Our exclusive coconut broth, derived from ancient Sri Lankan soup recipes, will definitely improve your appetite and make your tummy feel better.

MAIN

Rice and Curry

For Sri Lankan main meals, choose rice, string hoppers, or coconut rotti. They're perfectly complemented by 3-4 curries.

DESSERT

Wattalappan

A creamy custard combining coconut milk, jaggery, eggs, and spices. A must-try Sri Lankan dish!

Amazing food and genuine, talented team

We had a fantastic time with the team at Ceylon Cuisine. The food was amazing and the team ( Sithara, Imalka and Jayanath) made us feel very welcome. The food was absolutely delicious; in particular the pumpkin soup was a highlight and the dhal and chicken curry were delicious. They made sure we were content and explained the dishes to us. Cannot rate this experience highly enough!
