Live an authentic food and wine experience in the heart of Upper Caserta, with a tasting of organic and biodynamic wines in a wine resort surrounded by the volcanic landscape of Teano, at the foot of the extinct volcano of Roccamonfina. The experience takes place in a historic farmhouse from the late 18th century, now home to a family-run winery that has embraced a sustainable approach to viticulture. After replanting local grape varieties such as Falanghina, Piedirosso, Aglianico, Fiano, and Pallagrello Nero, the estate focused on amphora winemaking to preserve the wine’s identity and strengthen its bond with the land. You will be welcomed by the Iannaccone family, guardians of these lands for generations, and guided through the vineyards and cellar to discover biodynamic winemaking techniques and the charm of amphora aging. The tasting includes three biodynamic wines – among Fiano, Piedirosso, Pallagrello Nero, and Aglianico – paired with gourmet tapas prepared by the chef, designed to enhance local products and create harmonious pairings between seasonal flavors and selected wines.
