Your adventure starts with a visit to a traditional tequila distillery, where you will learn everything about the tequila production process: its boiling, fermentation, and distillation, and, finally, you will be able to taste the liquor first-hand. Then, if you have chosen the José Cuervo Distillery option, you will be moved to the location, and you will learn even more about tequila and its elaboration.

Hereafter, you will enjoy free time in the Magic Town of Tequila, where vibrant energy, unique shops, and local flavors make the city a truly fascinating destination.

Drop-off locations in downtown Guadalajara: Expo zone, Minerva roundabout zone or Downtown zone
You will have the opportunity of visiting Jose Cuervo distillery only if you select the option.
Note: there is time for lunch in Tequila at your own expense

What You’ll Experience

Tequila

We start our tour with the visit to the Agave fields, where we will witness a demonstration of the traditional Jima of the agave, then we continue arriving at the emblematic magical town of Tequila. Here you will visit a traditional distillery, where you will know about the process of making this spirit drink during this tour you will taste the tasty cooked agave, taste the first distillation tequila and finally enjoy this drink when it is ready for commercialization.
