You won't just listen to a lecture, you'll engage with the land. From a fascinating, live soil experiment right in the vine rows to walking the vibrant "insect highway" wildflower paths, you will see exactly how regenerative farming shapes the future of wine. We top it all off with a relaxed, fully seated tasting of the organic heritage vintages paired with artisanal local bread and neighbor-sourced olive oil. It’s an authentic, transparent, and unpretentious look at the next generation of Provençal winemaking that leaves you feeling like a true winery insider.

Arrive at the estate near Vaison-la-Romaine and enjoy a chilled welcome pour of white wine. We'll invite you straight behind the scenes of an active vineyard transformation, sharing how we are bringing this historic terroir back to life.
