Come and discover the fascinating story of Ron's Spinsters! Treat yourself to an exclusive aperitif in the magical atmosphere of the ancient walled garden in the charming little square of the hamlet of Ron, one of the oldest villages in Valdobbiadene.
The Zitelle aperitif consists of a glass of Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Le Zitelle and a platter with local cured meats and cheeses combined in a different way based on the availability of the products, the season and the imagination of the moment!
During the tasting we will tell you about Valdobbiadene DOCG: its history, production techniques, its characteristics and the perfect combinations of the various types. We will also talk about the hills and vineyards. Finally we will tell you the story of the Spinsters and the most curious anecdotes of their lives.
