On this day you will visit the Valley of the Vineyards, a wine-growing region of Italian colonization with beautiful landscapes and more than a century of winemaking tradition. After hotels pick ups, the first stop is at Miolo Winery - the passion for the fascinating world of wine is explained by the history of the Miolo family who, in addition to working in winemaking since Giuseppe's arrival in Brazil in 1897, innovates year after year. One of the founders of the Wines of Brazil project, Miolo Wine Group is the largest wine exporter in Brazil and the most recognized in the international market. The production of the four wineries of the group amounts, on average, 10 million liters per year and is cultivated in an area of own vineyards with approximately 1,000 hectares. Caminhando nas nuvens

Foi uma experiência incrível! A vinícola Lovara é simplesmente uma delícia, fomos super bem recebidos e os vinhos são maravilhosos eu gostei particularmente do vinho branco... Miolo tb incrível com seus vinhos mais encorpados e uma localização belíssima. E por fim a cooperativa Garibaldi onde tb podemos degustar vários vinhos e tb sucos de uva, com uma linda loja para os viajantes e amantes do vinho fazer uma festa.

Passeio incrível pelas vinícolas da região do Vale dos Vinhedos . A minha preferida foi a Lovara, pela atenção e simpatia do atendimento. Acredito que poderíamos ficar mais tempo lá.

Aprendizado

Um passeio que trouxe muitas informações importantes, para quem não entende nada de vinho, aprender a degustar de forma correta na Vinicula Miolo é incrível. A Vinícola familiar “Lovara” que graciosidade, é que espumante maravilhoso, Cooperativa Garibaldi, conhecer os processos que diferenciam a fabricaçao do vinho e do espumante, conhecer a história da cooperativa foi o fim perfeito!!!

Catedral de pedra é linda, vale muito a visita, chocolates mais baratos do que em Gramado, visita obrigatória na serra gaúcha.
