In this hands-on cooking class, you can learn to make this iconic dish from scratch at your host’s home in Kunitachi, easily accessible from Shinjuku.
During this 3-4 hour lesson, you will be guided step by step by a warm and personable instructor. Only high-quality or organic ingredients are used, with no additives or processed foods. Homemade miso adds extra depth of flavor, making your ramen truly special.
You can choose the type of ramen you’d like to make: chicken miso ramen, gluten-free chicken miso ramen, vegetarian ramen, or vegan ramen with no animal products. Toppings are tailored to dietary restrictions, and the class can accommodate multiple preferences at once. For example, one participant can make a vegetarian version while others enjoy chicken. Halal-friendly options are also available, using halal-certified miso and soy sauce, with a praying space provided.
