At La Barra de Jackili, we not only teach recipes, we create experiences. The Peruvian Food Class is unique because it combines the authenticity of traditional flavors with the warm and close atmosphere of a restaurant specializing in fish, seafood and Creole food.

Here you will learn step by step how to prepare iconic dishes like fresh ceviche, causa and the classic Pisco Sour, guided by passionate chefs who share secrets and techniques you won’t find in a recipe book.

Unlike other classes, you will live Peru through its aromas, histories and tradition, using fresh ingredients selected from the day and enjoying each preparation in a space that celebrates culture. More than a class, it is a sensory journey to the heart of Peruvian cuisine, where you are the protagonist.
