Menu:


- First course: Frittata con Zucchine e Menta with eggs, zucchini, fresh mint and olive oil

- Second course: Homemade tagliatelle alla Norma with semolina dough, eggplant, tomato-basil sauce and ricotta salata

- Dessert: Cannolo Siciliano with sheep’s-milk ricotta, cinnamon and Bronte pistachios
