Process: The history of the property The property has old structures (approx. 200 & 1000 years) that can be visited. The story behind the switch to organic farming: First organic farm in Feldthurns, conviction, difficulties and the rocky road to start Inspection of the facilities: We visit the vineyards, learn interesting things about organic cultivation, living soil and its influence on the quality of the wine. The cellar tour: All-round what happens in a wine cellar. What do you have to pay attention to in order to produce a wine that is as close to nature as possible? Wine tasting: Tasting of three wines in the idyllic garden or in the old walls (depending on the weather). Our guests are offered the opportunity not only to enjoy the wine whose history they now know, but also to gain insights into life and themselves.
