The visit is a journey through time, you will have the opportunity to discover a small reality of our territory and to delve deeper into some aspects of winemaking and distillation. You can personalize the sensorial experience by choosing directly in the cellar what you are interested in tasting.

Alcoholic beverages

Tasting of 1 glass of TrentoDoc and 1 Grappa

The experience includes a visit to the cellar (in via S. Siro 7/A in the hamlet of Pergolese (Madruzzo TN)) which includes: the modern distillery with the evocative and characteristic copper stills; the cave dug into the rock, in the heart of the mountain, (used as an anti-aircraft shelter during the Second World War), where the secondary fermentation of our TrentoDoc takes place and the historic cellar with the ancient Habsburg barrels, where the remuage phase takes place and disgorgement. Followed by tasting of TrentoDoc and spirits.

Interessante cantina e distilleria con degustazione

Esperienza molto interessante con Rebecca che ci ha raccontato la storia della distilleria Pisoni e fatto visitare le cantine. Bellissima e suggestiva quella ricavata da un rifugio antiaereo che mantiene una temperatura dagli 11 ai 14°C anche d'estate. Ottima la degustazione del vino e della grappa. Consigliata!

Excellent beyond the limits of the Euregio
