Welcome to Miron Winery, a family-owned artisan winery in Skopje. During this immersive wine tasting experience, you’ll be guided through a journey of Macedonian winemaking—one sip at a time. Step-by-Step Experience: 1.Warm Welcome at the Winery Your experience begins with a warm welcome from a member of our family, who will personally guide you through the visit. You'll learn about our story—how Miron Winery began, the inspiration behind our wines, and our approach to winemaking. 2.Guided Wine Tasting Settle into our cozy tasting room or outdoor terrace (weather permitting) for a guided tasting of carefully selected wines and brandy. Each tasting is accompanied by detailed explanations of the wine's profile, the story behind it, and how it reflects our terroir and philosophy. Each wine is paired with a homemade platter of cheeses, cured deli meats, and fresh-baked sourdough bread. 3.Winery Tour Step inside our small-scale production area, where we will explain the winemaking process in detail—from grape selection and fermentation, to barrel aging and bottling. 4.Shop Our Wines and Grape Juice After the tasting you’ll have the opportunity to purchase bottles of your favorite wines.

Wine / Rakija tasting experience as it should be

We have visited Miron's Winery for our yearly corporate celebration. Our Host Angela was welcoming, very knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about their small artisan vinery. The rakija (brandies) selection in particular was a real highlight. We have tasted Hamburg white rakija, Grape Rakija, Cherry liqueur and Urma rakija. The finger food and home made sourdough bread was perfectly paired both with wines and brandies. Overall, a relaxed and memorable experience in which we really enjoyed.
