Good to Know

A tasting of 4 selected Etna wines will be accompanied by fantastic local foods, for a consistent sensory journey. The food tasting will begin with a sample of Evo Oil of Nocellara dell'Etna, produced in the countryside of our company and continue with three different flavored MYetna oils. Continue with a rich platter with typical cold cuts and Sicilian cheeses. Local products will be presented accompanied by homemade jams and creams, fried appetizers, sautéed wild vegetables and the famous Sicilian Caponata. The tasting will end with a dessert of ricotta (a kind of fresh cheese), chocolate and homemade pistachio cream of Bronte, accompanied by a sweet liqueur wine.

Great Tour, Lovely Guides

There are plenty of tour operators offering mountain bike trips from Mount Etna and I would advise to shop around as the offerings are very different. For instance, with some there has to be an adult completing the tour when it involves a minor, for this one the presence of the adult was sufficient a tthe start and end of the tour, which suited us more.
