I've been to several top Omakase's in Tokyo, but decided to give this new restaurant a try. Very glad that I did. Chef's skills are evident, and he is fun to talk with. The whole experience felt relaxed. His nigiri rice is well-prepared, and there is a hint of vinegar taste which is a sign that the chef is well-trained. I will definitely return!

We were seated right at the teppanyaki counter, directly in front of the grill. The room holds only a handful of seats, which makes the whole evening feel private and unhurried. The chef is warm and easy to talk to, the ingredients are clearly high quality, and every dish was delicious. A memorable evening from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Since I had made a reservation, a waiter quickly led us to a prepared room. Kani Doraku's crabs are consistently of high quality. Whether it's crab sashimi or a whole frozen crab, they are all very sweet and fresh. The only thing to note is that their waiters are not always around to help you. If you need anything, you must call them. They are very reluctant to send a waiter over.

Chef Makoto gave us a truly memorable evening at Teppanyaki Mitaki Akasaka. We came through a byFood reservation, and from the first course to the last, the quality of his ingredients and the skill in how he handled them made for a meal that was both delicious and remarkably well balanced. Our heartfelt thanks to Chef Makoto and the team. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

It is find the location as Google map did notput it in their map. Except for this, the experience in this restaurant is good. All the dishes are up to standard and the chef explained clearly for each dish. Do not miss out the dessert. They will serve the dessert separately for each person the selected wine to prepare. Please enjoy this final dessert with a joyful heart.

We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday and had a wonderful lunch. The team surprised her with a birthday plate, which was a lovely touch. The wood fire cooking is the star of the show and everything that came off the grill was delicious. The carpaccio and the cheesecake were both standouts. Great food, great service, and highly recommended.

Chef Lee was fantastic… food was amazing

We had a great time and enjoyed the food . The ingredients were top quality and they were combined together to create great tasting sushi . The chef was very nice and fun to speak with and even gave us recommendations on where to get kitchen supplies. Overall a great experience.

This sushi place is amazing! Some of the course are very authentic & never tasted it anywhere else. Would definitely come back.
