We had a lovely experience at this cooking workshop. Kuniko and her staff were very patient , kind and friendly. They helped us make a delicious meal and sharing it all together and connecting was the highlight of the evening. We will treasure this in our memories of our trip to Japan. 楽しかったです！
This was a good experience and the instructors were very kind. This is a great way to learn the basics of traditional Japanese Buddhist cooking, and the resulting food was delicious. I pulled one star because I would describe this experience as an "experience" or "introduction" rather than a "class". The instructors led us through a wide variety of dishes, and we participated in the cooking here and there, but much of the time we watched them cook rather than doing it ourselves.
