Our dinner was one of the finest, most creative meal we’ve had since arriving in Japan. Wish we were staying longer so we could come back and try other dishes.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here with incredible sushi creations, a wonderful chef and staff, and they made our evening divinely special. Great food and service. We will definitely be going back

The sushi was exceptional, with fresh, high-quality fish sourced from different regions of Japan. Every piece was carefully prepared, highlighting the fish’s natural umami and unique texture. The homemade pickled ginger was delicious, egg custard with crab was magnificent and the service was impeccable, with friendly staff who explained each dish. The peaceful atmosphere and traditional Japanese tea room made the entire experience truly special along with homemade delicious mochis. Highly recommended for an authentic omakase experience in Tokyo!

Wonderful gardens that should be explored during daytime or early evening, so come half an hour before your meal time. The atmosphere of the restaurant was outstanding with service by kimono dressed ladies. You feel you have gone back in time to a bygone era. We prepaid for a set menu, and I think this could have been better explained so details of your course can be viewed. We had a set course but no idea of what ne were going to eat. Otherwise service was impeccable and their experience was outstanding. This is a must experience for any Kyoto visit
