Ganso Asahikawa Ramen Ichikura

At Ramen Ichikura, you can enjoy original Asahikawa ramen. Asahikawa ramen is known for its soy sauce base, but Ichikura has a variety of unique tasting ramen such as miso, salt, etc. Their recommended menu is "Sakebushi-ramen” which is made from salmon broth. In addition, they have also Muslim-friendly menu items and a vegetarian ramen option. Ichikura uses homemade noodles made with 100% Hokkaido wheat, and the soup is made with carefully-selected pork bones and several kinds of vegetables that are simmered for 12 hours to bring out the flavor of the ingredients.
