Nemurian
The fare may be simple at this traditional soba restaurant and bar, but it represents the true ethos of Japanese cuisine — simplicity executed with class.
Restaurant Details
The charming traditional interior of this shop — all wooden tones with a welcoming and tidy feel — gives it a more peaceful atmosphere, a world away from the chaos of many downtown local eateries. The shop is hidden down an alleyway just south of Akihabara Station.
Here you can relax and enjoy simple but absolutely delicious fare. The main offerings are sake, soba, and tofu. With these three items (in various forms, and supplements by other delicious ingredients), the izakaya has gathered a loyal following of local regulars.
Grab a seat here to enjoy a delicious glass of sake at the side of a generous pile of soba served on traditional woven platters. An evening here is relaxing and lively, with a hint more class than a standard izakaya.
