Restaurant Details
In a small atmospheric street on the historic east side of the Kamo River is a traditional kappo restaurant with a price tag that puts it among the best 2021 Michelin-starred dining deals in the country. Here you can enjoy the hospitality of a dignified-yet-friendly chef who prepares high-quality Japanese dishes right before your eyes.
His dishes are just as beautiful to look at as they are to taste, with designer ceramics and gorgeous arrangements of colors. Each dish uses fresh produce from the Kansai region, and the menu changes throughout the year to make use of the best seasonal seafood and vegetables.
