Robatayaki is a Japanese-style barbecue that’s cooked right in front of the guest in a restaurant. It is originally from Miyagi prefecture, but it became a local cuisine of Kushiro, Hokkaido. At Robatasho, in true robatayaki style, local vegetables and seafood are cooked over the charcoal grill called “shichirin.”
One of the most popular courses is “Robatasho to Nihon-no-shun Mikaku Tannou” (Robatasho and seasonal Japanese foods), which comes with 10 different dishes such as assorted sashimi, their specialty potato salad, a grilled whole fish, aburi vegetables, and meat. They use very fresh seafood and vegetables. You can also try various kinds of a la carte dishes.
Robatasho is located 2 minutes away from the station on foot. If you want to have an original izakaya experience in Tokyo and impress your dining companions with a fun dining experience, Robatasho is the place to go.
Since the restaurant is very popular, please make a reservation before you go.
