Only the finest cuts of A5-grade Japanese Black Wagyu are selected daily and grilled over an irori-style charcoal hearth, bringing out their natural flavour. Each cut is paired with one of three original sauces, carefully crafted to match the meat’s unique character. Guests can also enjoy all-you-can-eat homemade side dishes and freshly steamed premium rice served unlimited, perfectly complementing the rich wagyu. Signature creations like the Rossini Sandwich — tender fillet and foie gras layered between warm rice — showcase the chef’s creativity and refined technique. With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Sekiguchi brings passion and precision to every plate, ensuring an unforgettable yakiniku experience where Japanese craftsmanship meets innovation.
