This was such an amazing experience for me! Tomokita is truly lovely and opens her heart and home to teach you how to cook. She is incredibly patient and guides you through the whole process, making you feel comfortable and welcome from start to finish. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tokyo. It was a wonderful experience with someone very kind, smiling, talented, and engaging. Tomokita-san shared her extensive knowledge and the true method for making Japanese soufflé pancakes. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. It was a fantastic moment of sharing and a truly lovely encounter. We highly recommend this wonderfull experience.
