Lunch at Hommage was the highlight of our trip. The staff was kind and accommodating to us foreigners. The ingredients were the peak of freshness and seasonality which I think is the essence of fine cuisine. Each dish was crafted with utmost care and precision and the overall meal was well balanced in flavor and texture. The cocktails, mocktails, and wind pairing that had were also very good. It was such an amazing fine dining experience here for a Christmas-exclusive lunch! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, and every dish was beautifully presented. Each creation blended French techniques with Japanese influences, like the Asakusa Ningyo-Yaki Financier and radish sandwich (!), making every bite unforgettable. Went to Hommage to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was perfect. An unforgettable dining experience with very original and delicious presentations and excellent, personal service.
