Lunch at Hommage was the highlight of our trip. The staff was kind and accommodating to us foreigners. The ingredients were the peak of freshness and seasonality which I think is the essence of fine cuisine. It was such an amazing fine dining experience here for a Christmas-exclusive lunch! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, and every dish was beautifully presented. Each creation blended French techniques with Japanese influences, like the Asakusa Ningyo-Yaki Financier and radish sandwich (!), making every bite unforgettable.
