3 hours of cooking class on Sicilian Arancina and tasting

This was our second class with Graziella. Our first class was in March of 2023 and we instantly became friends and have kept in contact over the last year. We have formed a bond over the last year and truly consider each other to be more like family now. If you want a truly authentic Sicilian experience, go see her. You will learn to cook and also experience the warmth of this wonderful island. We love you Graziella and can’t wait to see you again!

We spent an evening learning 3 traditional dishes specific to Sicily. Arenchini, Cannoli, and Sardines. We are happy to add these to our repertoire. Graziella was a fantastic teacher and host. Beautiful ocean view from her home. She is very easy to talk to and its clear she loves what she does. The cooking course came with the addition of wine and a meal of the 3 dishes we learned to make. I would recommend spending some time learning from Graziella if you're in Northern Sicily. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

Un trionfo del palato, esperienza unica tra i sapori della Sicilia, complimenti per la maestria nel rispetto della tradizione e del buon gusto. Sicuramente da ripetere per assaporare nuovamente questo pasto delizioso!
