"Acetaia la Vedetta" is immersed in the famous hills of Castelvetro, 6 km from Maranello and 18 from Modena. Let's start with our vineyards which are the basis for obtaining the quality raw material, then we explain all the phases to obtain the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Dop, of Modena Igp and Balsamic Condiments telling our story. To conclude, there will be a pleasure to taste it both naturally and with a combination of Food, Parmesan 24 months with Dop Vinegar, bruschetta with caramelized onions with igp vinegar, and savoring a good glass of wine. We believe the union between Nature and Man is important and our company is based on this.

The venue is on the beautiful countryside of Modena hills

This experience will give you the opportunity to visit and discover "Acetaia la Vedetta," a farmhouse surrounded by greenery, with balsamic vinegar production, hospitality and restaurant. Of course, you will have the opportunity to taste their products. About your host Claudio: "I grew up with my mother who made fresh pasta every day following the traditional recipes of Modena, my father taught me to take care of the tradition of balsamic vinegar ... the union of the two traditions of Modena generates sublime combinations that I try to transmit together with my wife and my collaborators, to guests who come from all over the world."

PLEASANT DISCOVERY!!…

…with a group of people from an organized trip…we did the tour with tasting at the “La Vedetta” vinegar factory!!…in Castelvetro…near Modena…the Venturelli family's vinegar factory and farmhouse!!…they divided us into two groups !!…I was with the gentleman who started the whole business!!…another group was with his son Claudio!!…who naturally works in the company!!…basically the balsamic vinegar is produced with the best grapes from the Modenese Trebbiano !!…then the gentleman explained to us th...read more
