"Acetaia la Vedetta" is immersed in the famous hills of Castelvetro, 6 km from Maranello and 18 from Modena. Let's start with our vineyards which are the basis for obtaining the quality raw material, then we explain all the phases to obtain the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Dop, of Modena Igp and Balsamic Condiments telling our story.

To conclude, there will be a pleasure to taste it both naturally and with a combination of Food, Parmesan 24 months with Dop Vinegar, bruschetta with caramelized onions with igp vinegar, and savoring a good glass of wine.

We believe the union between Nature and Man is important and our company is based on this.
