Thanks to the knowledge of our chef, you will discover the unique and authentic flavors of Amalfi cuisine.

You will learn the techniques to create unique and delicious dishes.

You will enjoy spending a day immersed in nature and tasting good food.

You will cook with organic products from our land and tasting a good homemade wine.

You can also admire one of the most beautiful views of the Amalfi Coast, located on the site of an ancient Amalfi castle.


Sample Menu

STARTER
Caprese
Morsels of mozzarella, surrounded by salad leaves and fresh cherry tomatoes. Seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano.
MAIN
Tagliatelle with vegetables and cherry tomatoes
Tagliatelle served with a sauce of aubergines, courgettes and fresh cherry tomatoes.
DESSERT
tiramisu
Dessert made up of two layers of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, and cream covered with cocoa.

What You’ll Experience

You will be welcomed in an authentic farmhouse, overlooking the upper part of the Amalfi Coast. This farmhouse enjoys a breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast. This farm has been run for centuries by one of the oldest dynasties in the country, the Acampora family. This farm was also a place of inspiration for the famous poet Salvatore Di Giacomo, who while resting in this heavenly place wrote the famous Neapolitan poem "Luna d'Agerola". During the experience the chef will teach you how to prepare a tiramisu from scratch, using the famous recipe of Nonna Maria! After preparing Tiramisu, you will relax tasting our homemade wine. Next we will prepare the fantastic mozzarella, coming from the milk of our cow, raised and cared for on the farm. Next we will prepare delicious tagliatelle, having fun together. Finally, you will taste all the organic products and taste the true taste of Italian food! If you have food restrictions, you must notify at the time of booking.
