What You’ll Experience

Here at Authentic Indian Cooking Classes everyone gets to understand the importance of whole spice and powdered spices, How to use them and how much the quantity should be as per servings. You will be doing the cutting, chopping and cooking yourself under two expert's guidance from Kanchan and Chef A.J. There will be lots of complimentary snacks and kababs out of the menu timely while you prepare and cook your dishes. We do Vegan, Veg, Nonveg, Satvik. You can choose your menu also we accept if there is a specific item you need to learn and cook we are there for you! We do different varieties like Goan Cuisine, North Indian, South Indian, Lucknowi Biryanis and Kababs.
