After mastering handcrafted pasta techniques together, you’ll gather for a relaxed home-cooked meal on the spacious open-air terrace, with the illuminated city stretching from the Castelli Romani to the Gazometro as your backdrop. It’s an intimate, enriching evening of great food, fine regional wine, and real connection with a passionate Roman host.
