Experience Details
Experience true Vietnamese culture and cuisine as you join your host Tam in her kitchen and learn to cook Vietnamese dishes from scratch in a hands-on cooking class. Tam will first introduce you to a variety of local and seasonal ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine and then show you have to create simple, healthy and delightful dishes with these traditional ingredients. After about an hour of cooking, you will help Tam plate the dishes you prepared and then sit down to enjoy your meal together.
This is the perfect opportunity to explore the country’s cuisine beyond the typical restaurant offerings and learn about its culture from a local!

- Please note, this is not a commercial cooking class, rather this experience is a visit into a Ho Chi Minh City home to meet a local who is an expert cook, and share Vietnamese culture and cuisine together.
- Your host Tam can prepare vegetarian, vegan and halal meals on request. Please let her know your preference when booking your experience
