Explore four authentic eateries and try a variety of delicious dishes each one with its roots steeped in tradition. Local cheeses to fluffy gnocchi, spicy salami and smoked hams to traditional foods eaten everyday by locals. Innovative main courses such as tender sliced beef with chef's secret potatoes. Taste a selection of wines from the Campania region and discover your favourite during our mini wine tasting. Linger over desert served with a modern twist and an after dinner cocktail. Round off the evening with a with an insider’s knowledge of what to order, which wine compliments the local flavours and a unique glimpse into life in Sorrento.

Sept. 2026 Food Tour

Our Food and Wine Tour with Gourmet Girls was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Vanessa and Lee are wonderful hosts, it was like hanging out with a couple of friends. Vanessa's patience as we worked through travel issues to get to Sorrento from Positano was so very appreciated. We are very glad we didn't miss out on the fabulous experience.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! Everything about this food tour exceeded our expectations. The wine knowledge, the food knowledge, and especially our hosts were all incredible. Excellent food tour in Sorrento

We had a great time on this food tour. Vanessa and Lee were wonderful guides, offering a lot of insight into Sorrento cuisine and taking us to local restaurants where they dine regularly. They’re terrific people, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend it.

Say yay to Gourmet Girls

This was one of the best experiences we had here in Sorrento. The owners of Gourmet Girls were knowledgeable, professional and most importantly welcoming. The Resturant choices were great, the food local and fabulous as was the description of what we were eating, how it’s made and its history. Can not say enough so I’ll leave you with this, Don’t miss this experience book book book
