You will leave the course knowing exactly how we handcraft our local delicacies .

We are going to share with you all the Chef's recipes.

After your cooked with us, you will sit down and eat all the fabulous dishes you made, enjoying them to the last bite while sipping the best local wines our territory has to offer.

The kitchen is located in a 550 sqm store, where you can also see and buy our gorgeous hand crafted ceramics, lava stone tables and liquors made from our family since 1899

"Hands-on Cooking Experience" Initial information note: - No prior experience is necessary -The tour is available to omnivores/vegetarians. There are no options available for vegans/gluten/lactose intolerant. Any other food intolerances should be specified before booking or in the special requests note attached to the booking. Join us for a hands-on cooking experience where you will learn how to cook some of the most iconic Italian dishes. Our English-speaking chefs will lead you by the hand in a fun, relaxed and friendly environment.
