I am originally from the Zoque ethnic group of the Isthmus Region, belonging to the state of Oaxaca, I come from a chocolate family by tradition, where I will be able to share my experience and knowledge that I have acquired over the years, giving rise to cocoa, you will be able to taste how cocoa It transforms its flavor according to its elaboration.

What You’ll Experience

Our tasting consists of trying different varieties and processes of cocoa, to distinguish the differences of each one. We work with ranges of cocoa percentage to taste, from Pure Cocoa (0% sugar) to the most traditional chocolate, we taste 15 to 20 presentations of cocoa and chocolate, among them: Natural cocoa, cocoa endemic to the region, drinks and chocolate bars with alternative sugar. Part of the traceability and culture of cocoa in Oaxaca is told. We will take a short break with a cocoa-based sandwich, and to finish off a house drink. It lasts approximately 2 hours. Ideal for families, vegans and anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the culture of chocolate.
