Tucked away in a side street of Huatulco, is a delightful find for anyone seeking a culinary experience. This unassuming eatery may not look like much from the outside, but once you step in, you’re greeted by a vibrant atmosphere and a pre-selected menu that invites exploration. The unique concept of combining three cold dishes and three hot dishes allows for a customized fish and seafood experience that showcases the creativity of the chef and the freshness of the ingredients. We did the research for you and have taste-tested the entire menu. We have selected our top six current favorites, with a few cold Coronas to wash it down. All the dishes are a true testament to the art of chef. Each offering is unique and bursting with flavor. Our curated selection allows diners to experience a symphony of tastes and textures, making it an unforgettable way to enjoy the best of Huatulco’s fish and seafood offerings. Our favorite tour in Huatulco!

We are so glad that we found this tour company called Next Stop Huatulco on instagram!! They are catering to a different customer that wants something other than the typical waterfalls or bays tour. Maryrose (our guide) changed our tour from one restaurant to two restaurants once she understood how clearly we like fresh fish. Both restaurants were different but of equal caliber. Superb superb superb

The food on the tour was special and exquisite. Imagine a corner restaurant with tables that just kept turning and full of Mexican people. Not a typical tourist in sight devouring the delicious dishes that were flying out of the kitchen. Our Tour had selected three colds and three hot dishes for us and it was just the right amount. One dish was a shrimp Patti for like a better description, and I loved it. This is a modern creative, original, mariscos, bar, and if you like, mariscos at all

A must for seafood lovers.

My husband loves any and all seafood. Me, not as much. Our tour made me a convert. The dishes were all original and nothing like what is on a typical seafood menus. Our favorites were the shrimp burger, the St. Regis tostada and the tuna and mango tacos. We had a wonderful time at this newish and off the beaten track.

Sea food for you is what you get!

Our favorite tour this trip. The restaurant was a hive of activity. We felt we were part of the action with all the locals sipping cervezas and devouring origina, mouth watering mariscos we have ever experiencied on our many visits to Huatulco. The owners were on site, the service was good and the tables kept turning.
