The sakura season may be short, but during the next cherry blossom festival in Tokyo, you can take your time to appreciate the beauty and charm of the cherry blossoms during a quiet evening at Nakameguro. Join the Cherry Blossom Festival Evening Viewing in Nakameguro to experience the beautiful sakura blossoms and hanami culture like a local, as you taste delicious cherry blossom festival foods! Spring evenings in Nakameguro feature pink lanterns (for the cherry blossom festival) hanging along the canals of the Meguro River, while the sakura trees glow pale pink in the twilight. Experience the history and beauty of Nakameguro and sakura in Tokyo as you take pictures and tour the famous riverbanks, exploring the local shopping area. A residential district in Meguro, Nakameguro is one of the hippest neighborhoods in Tokyo. Not only it is unique for its high fashion boutiques, cool cafes, and trendy local stores, but it’s also home to one of the biggest cherry blossom festival areas in Tokyo. The colors of white and pink paint the whole neighborhood during spring, where tourists from all over the world and in Japan visit just to get a glimpse of that picturesque cherry blossom festival.
