Join us for a hands-on, four-hour journey into the world of specialty coffee right here in Costa Rica.
We’ll begin with a warm welcome and an intro to roasting, exploring how different roasts pair with unique brewing styles. Then, dive into the French Press, learning the perfect grind, water temperature, and steeping time before brewing your own bold cup.
Next, discover the elegance of the Chemex, mastering the art of the pour-over for a clean, aromatic brew.
After a relaxing lunch break, step into tradition with the Café Chorreado, Costa Rica’s classic method using a wooden stand and cloth filter for a smooth, balanced cup.
We’ll wrap up with a friendly Q&A, photos, and great memories—leaving you with a brand-new appreciation for every sip of coffee.
