Cooking Class 4 Hours with a local Mom in Cartagena

This experience is for those who wants to discover the real culture of the city. We will go to a popular a local neighborhood outside the old city. We meet at 4 pm at Exito sandiego" supermarket. After to meet we will go to meet a mom at a family's in a local neighborhood located 20 minutes from the old city. At this house we are going to cook a delicious recipe guide it by her at a kitchen that has a beautiful view of the other side of the city. Cold beers will be waiting for us. We are going to make some empanadas. After eat them with some amazing sauces we will make the main course, "arroz con coco", "plátano en tentación" or "patacones" and meat ( beef, pork, chicken or fish) with just local tips. We will also prepare a delicious salad and drink a local fruit juice. For dessert we will cook an amazing local dessert. At the end you can take some coffee and sit on the rooftop while we play good music and talk about local's life.
