Your journey begins at the main gate of Tsukiji Hongwan-ji Temple. After meeting your guides, you will enter this distinctive Jodo Shinshu Buddhist temple and learn about its architecture and the basics of proper worship etiquette. From there, you will head into Tsukiji Outer Market, a lively maze of narrow streets filled with food stalls, small restaurants, and specialty shops.

Even after the wholesale fish market moved to Toyosu in 2018, many vendors here continue to serve fresh seafood and traditional dishes, keeping Tsukiji’s culinary reputation alive.
